I had the Zyaflex treatment for Dupuyten's Contracture of my right pinkie finger this week. The injections Monday, and the straightening on Thursday. I'm a bit sore and bruised, but when I took the wrap and splint off this morning, it was straight for the first time in years. Now just common sense home hand exercises, and should be back in action 100% within 2 weeks from the first visit. I recommend!

Today I had a wellness appointment with Dr. Joshua S. Gluck, MD. I had surgery on my wrist back in 2015. Even after all these years, Dr. Gluck still shows the same warmth and care that made a big difference during my surgery and recovery. He did a fantastic job with the titanium plate and screws, and everything’s still going great. It’s reassuring to see that he's just as attentive and personable as ever. I’m truly thankful for his expertise and the personal touch he brings to his practice. Knew my shoulder history, identified cause if continuing shoulder problem, had positive solutions

I found Dr. Gluck to be a very personable and knowledgeable surgeon. We tried all the available options for my particular arthritic wrist problem. When surgery was the only remaining option, he fully explained the process to me. I opted to have the trapeziectomy on my right hand and did so with complete confidence in him and his team. I am now just over 2 months post op and am ' tickled pink' with the results. My thumb pain prior to surgery was excruciating. Post surgery, I am once again able to do the simple things in life that I could not accomplish prior to the surgery because of the unbearable pain. Because of Dr. Gluck's special skills and abilities, I have decided to have the same surgery on my left hand. I personally found that the pain and discomfort associated with the surgery paled in comparison to what I was experiencing before the surgery. I fully trust Dr. Gluck and highly recommended him to anyone seeking surgery for an arthritic trapezium.

I have been seeing Dr. Gluck for several years. We are working to postpone Shoulder Replacement surgery…so far so good, it has been 6 years. The combination of PT and injections has allowed this procedure to be put off. Dr. Gluck is an excellent physician and is warm and personable. It is always a pleasure to see him. They've been treating my bi-lateral and complex hand issues for 3 years now. Two CTR revisions (to correct past CTR elsewhere) and one 3-finger trigger release surgeries later, I've gained remarkable improvement in functioning (and pain). I've got a ways to go however. In addition to chronic hand injuries, I've got genetic issues at play so I'm a very complex case with more issues to address between my hands & spine. Healing and recovery with O.T. takes time and hard work, so there's no rush to the finish line. I'm confident I'll be able to write, type, work, volunteer and participate in life again! I'm very grateful to be in the healing and skilled care of Dr. Gluck, staff and his O.T. Clinic.
