Dr. Werber and his office staff…..Impressive!!!
I was referred to Dr. Werber by a Dr. I hold in very high regard. As soon as I met Dr. Werber I was impressed. He was professional, knowledgeable & I felt I could trust him to successfully treat my condition. He removed a tumor from my parotid gland. Dr. Werber explained my condition in detail and every step of the procedure required to remove it. He was very reassuring pre & post surgery. After consulting with 3 other surgeons I knew I made the right decision to move forward with Dr. Werber. I went into surgery confident in Dr. Werber’s skill and expertise. Both he and his office staff are polite, understanding, professional, responsive and exudes the level of confidence in their professional abilities that reassured me, their patient, they will handle whatever maybe needed to help me get better. Thank you Dr. Werber and staff for not adding to my already stressful medical situation. You are the best.

Let me start off by saying that his office staff was very helpful and accommodating but that is where the positives end. As a new patient Dr. Werber walked into the room, no introduction, and asked how I got his name. The visit lasted 5 minutes in total, was completely unempathetic in addressing my concerns. I felt as thou I was wasting his time, and he couldn't be bothered. It was the most unprofessional doctor's visit I have ever experienced! When the visit was over, I sat there, dumbfounded at what just occurred. As a healthcare professional myself, I should have responded to his unprofessionalism, not that it would have probably made a difference, and I think of all the patients who are unable to advocate for themselves during these types of encounters. I am now left with the same complaint and have to try to find another physician.

Poor ‘bedside manner’. Lacks ability to demonstrate caring or concern. Always appears to be in a rush, - makes you feel as if you’re taking up too much of his time, and he needs to move onto the next patient. No eye contact. Spent less than 5 minutes with me, after waiting 30 min to be seen. Answered my last question while walking out the door and down the hallway. I guess that meant our (4 minute) appointment was over?

Dr. Werber performed surgery for a mass in my throat/neck. He stitched the inside and glued the outside. He told me I did not need to use Mederma that I would have no scar since he did it on a crease in my neck it is now a year and a half later and no one would know I even had the procedure!! No scar!! The ladies in his office we're extremely helpful to me in planning the whole procedure and scheduling everything all I had to do was show up make my copayment.
