I met Dr Shinn on June 29th after going into the ER and having them tell me I had possibility of breast cancer on my left breast after several test later they recommend that I see Dr Shinn 5 days later on June 29th Dr Shinn did biopsy of my left breast after reviewing my chart from the ER and explained step by step what was going to happen as she did the biopsy it was painless she was very gentle when the results came in she called my home to let me know we made an appointment to discuss options she was very sensitive to my nervousness and anxiety I've never having surgery before at the age of 88 years old she did not cut corners she did all the prerequisites that was necessary to make sure that I would have a safe surgery she gave me several options to remove the cancer very informative and every step August 1st I had the mastectomy Shinn was there to calm me down before surgery All went well the surgical staff was very aware of my anxiety and was very caring Dr Shinn is best

Dr. Shinn is very personable and has a caring nature. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He office staff is very organized and friendly as well.

I was very impressed. She is very well organized. Had all my information and pictures from my portal and had reviewed them prior to my visit. Then she had them up to show to me and explain findings. Very clear with information and recommendations/options. Her staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The office venue is very nice.

Dr. Shinn is absolutely amazing! She is very thorough! During ultrasound she took the time to show me what she was looking for/at. She explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. Her staff (Parker/Genesis/Chaning) is amazing! Super helpful and comforting. We need more doctors like her; especially when you are nervous/anxious and need all of the information.

I was dropping of some older Mamagram to the nurse and she went to let let Dr shinn know. Dr shinn Personally came out to retrieve the mammograms and spoke to me in the lobby and asked if she could go ahead and do a brief exam. She set my mind at ease regarding a couple of issues. She even went and reviewed other documents that were sent over from my gynecologist. She offered to review some documents, and also offered to schedule the biopsy closer to my home. I was impressed by her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile.

Working alongside Dr. Shinn has been an absolute pleasure! Being able to see how she dedicates time for each one of her patients and studies each case thoroughly just shows her caring heart and true passion for the field. She treats her staff with kindness and respect, taking the time to constantly teach us something new. I look forward to learning more and assisting in any way possible. You are an inspiration Dr. Shinn, I appreciate you and all that you do!

Went with my wife today feeling anxious and overwhelmed. I’m here to support her on this journey but I’m definitely scared. After the whole appointment she was positive and reassuring, made my wife calm so I’m more calmed now. It was amazing to me how well she knew my wife’s diagnosis and how she treated her with kindness and respect. She definitely gave us hope.

Más que un médico es un excelente ser humano, es muy noble.
