Rude staff. Long wait
She’s very unorganized. She takes meeting with pharmaceutical sales people while you sit in the waiting room. Once I watched her go to lunch with Dr. Manohar, while we sat in her waiting room. The wait time is always close to 90 minutes and the visit with her is about 15 min. Her staff is less than patient and extremely rude if you ask to speak to the doctor or have a question or a situation that needs to be clarified. We changed doctors and are now very happy and feel like they actually care about us.

Worst doctor
Long wait times, she’s disorganized, and she’s two faced and will talk badly about patients behind their backs. Heard her refer to a patient as “deaf, dumb, and a headache.” Cares more about money than the patient. She handed the wrong requisition to the wrong patient with personal health information on it. Dirty office and dirty equipment.

I moved to the area in 2021 & was bound to another provider for insurance reasons. This July I was able to choose a provider closer to home and chose a PCP from a system other than UH. As a nurse, there were several issues that occurred in a short period of time that created a lack of trust and confidence. I decided then to make the move to UH. I selected Dr Mikhail. Three days before my appt her nurse called to cancel, without explanation. She noted I had a future appointment scheduled with the previous doctor. I explained I had forgotten to cancel it, but would do so right away. She asked some standard questions and said Dr Mikhail would be contacting the PCP I had prior to my relocation to see if I was “a good fit.” It's been two weeks without word. It was difficult to find a UH doctor within an hours' drive that was accepting new patients, however in light of what’s happened, I no longer want Dr Mikhail as a physician. I am sure I’ll find a more professional, considerate doctor.

Was looking for a new pcp because my previous one only worked part time and was on maternity leave. I have just been diagnosed with a potential terminal illness by a specialist in another area. I needed to talk to someone who could give me answers and direct me. I'm scared I needed someone to tell me it's not as bad as I think. Made an appt and waited for today. 2 hours before my appointment I get a call cancelling. After talking with staff who checked twice with the doctor I was told, she didn't want me as a patient. That's it no reasonable explanation. After all the waiting and worrying they call 2 hours before. Now I have to wait who knows how long to find someone, just talk to someone, not knowing if I'm going to die, have chemo and be okay, what I need to do or who to see. I have no words. My faith in humanity has dropped.

Awful doctor. She does not listen to the patient. Put me on a medication that caused major anxiety and sleeplessness. She did not return 2 phone calls. Finally after the third time, she called back and said it wasn’t enough and DOUBLED it. Two weeks of pure hell. Finally having had enough, went to a specialist who changed the medication and said I should not have been on it. She listed it as an allergy due to such an adverse effect. Her office staff is rude. I will never go back there and will find a new PCP.

I have been a patient for about two years and found her to be quite lax in the renewal the meds that I have taken for years. This disregard for my on going needs along with no follow up after my annual physicals has encouraged me to find another more attentive internal medicine doctor

Yes a longer then normal wait. But she talks with you. She is personal wants to make sure all your anawers arw answered. Takes the time to understand what your systems are. Doesn't rush you. Makes your time important. If you want an uncaring impersonal doctor who has no concern over you are a person and just treats the symptoms and not the whole person maybe an oit patient walk in is what would better suit you. My time is valuable but i know when i see dr Mikhail its time well spent

Been a patient for 2 yrs and each appt costs me 1 1/2 to 2 hrs of my time for a 20 min appt. Last Well Patient appt I was there from 10:50 am til 1:10. I found out that if a pt. asks a question during a Well Patient appt one will be charged for the Well visit and reg. visit, which I find to be unethical. $200 for Well visit and $143 for reg. visit because I asked a question regarding a lump on the top of my foot + $20 co pay for that visit. She may be nice, but my time is important to me too
