This place as a whole Dr West included really really really and I cannot emphasize enough how much this place really really sucks. This is the third time I've had to go to an ER because they couldn't see my kid over either a severe diaper rash or a common cold. Why you ask could they not see my kid? Because Monday through Friday 8 to 5 they have a really hard time keeping doctors in there and keep in mind they're closed the rest of the time. Three times in one year I've had to pay very outrageous fees to have my kids looked at elsewhere you cannot count on these people they are not reliable not to mention their attitudes suck most of the time. They're super quick to call and remind you that you owe them an outstanding balance of $8.15 even though they see you have an appointment 2 days from now or you just left there a week before that and they never said anything about you owing them money. Go to Sweetgrass I hear there great that's where we're going.

I give no stars. None! I took my infant here repeatedly trusting this Doctor he insisted that this newborn would get better,This guy had my trust and I wish to God in heaven I would have gotten a second opinion or at least a warning through a review like this maybe my baby would still be alive. !

Dr. West is so very kind! He's patient and efficient. He's just great with my daughter. His staff is wonderfully friendly and I've come in same-day quite a few times. They are always accommodating! We could not ask for better!

Dr west is great and has been treating my children for almost 17 years. I have never had a complaint they treat my 4 girls and I like family. He sees them at a moments notice and has never complained... There's no one better for my family!!! #lovemcp
