Doctor Vargas is the best orthopedic surgeon in world. In 1977 I fell 50ft. Off the side of cliff. He saved both my legs which both were compound fractures. Many surgeries an traction, Doctor Vargas everyday gave me motivation with his positive energy. That I would walk again . To this day I’m so greatful that I walk with positive energy at 59 years old. With all my heart an soul I Thank You Doctor Vargas. Please be safe in these un normal times. Again with true love from the heart Thank You Wendy Wheeler
