GlycoCheck
I got a same day appointment. There was not a long wait when I got there; Less than 10 minutes. Pleasant staff and Doctor Thomas was thorough in explaining test and the test results. The glycocheck test was not covered by insurance.

Multiple times I’ve scheduled an Appt just to get there and the staff tells me he will not be in the office. They do not call to reschedule or notify that he will not be in. Just a waste of time going to the office. He did perform my tubal ligation a year ago but I have been unable to see him since then. Currently looking for a new OB/GYN

Dr Thomas is a liar and can never be trusted. He gave me an unnecessary surgery that I didnt need, and botched the surgery horribly. I never saw him before or after the surgery. He wanted to photograph my surgery. I would book appointments, He would not show up. He offered an O Shot if I'd let him do it for a discount. He asked to many personal questions. He suggested an abortion on 2 occasions. I had to beg him for prenatal pills. Dr. THOMAS IS NOT A MORAL MAN. tried to get another surgery app

Dr. Thomas is a good doctor. However his staff is unbelievable! They do not have a lick of customer service skills. They are very disorganized and have absolutely no clue on what’s going on. I’ve been going to him for about 3-4yrs and I’ve seen him switch his staff 3 times. When you call you always get sent to the voicemail because they never answer the phone. I was told they purposely over book appts, so you’re waiting for hrs to even be seen. They have no problem with cussing in front of you.

The doctor was knowledgeable. However, when you have incompetent staff who have the bare minimum clerical skills, disorganization, and often curse in front of patients, I'm afraid I cannot give this doctor a glowing review. The billing system is terrible, and the front desk clerk doesn't write anything down. The clerk had taken a cash payment from another patient before me, and proceeded to do my intake with the cash held in her hand the entire 10 minutes we spoke! She is always misplacing f
