Dr. Sharpe takes a personal interest in his patients' well-being and tries to tailor his treatment to fit the individual patients' needs. Like every other medical specialty, psychiatry is not an exact science and what works for some patients might not work at all for others. Dr. Sharpe tries to recognize that phenomenon and react accordingly. He truly wants to do the best job that he can do to improve his patients' quality of life. Due to circumstances that are not relevant to this review I am no longer able to see him and that is very unfortunate for me.

Where do i begin in describing Dr. Joseph Sharpe. Highly educated, very professional, yet personable and wonderfully compassionate, this fine man misses NOTHING. After a lifetime of inadequate doctor care, this man expertly nailed my lifelong ‘mystery diagnosis’ on the very first office visit, and quickly turned my life around. He gave me back my joy. He gave me PEACE. Love my Dr. Sharpe!

Dr. Sharpe's interest in my treatment seemed to decline rapidly after I decided not to receive TMS therapy. It is a very costly course of treatment and I understand that its outcome is not particularly well-proven in terms of longevity and overall effectiveness.

I never went to Dr. Sharpe, so I can't say anything about him as a doctor. I can say that my appointment was scheduled two months out, so I found another doctor to go with. I ended up getting charged 300 dollars when I didn't go to Dr. Sharpe's appointment. The office staff told me that was protocol. They ended up agreeing to give me 150 back, but still a pretty expensive dr. appointment for having not even stepped foot into the building! Seems to me that they only care about taking your money.
