Dr. Joseph Savona, MD

OMG, I don’t know where to begin because he is one awesome doctor. He took care of my disabled son, 3 children and my granddaughter until they were grown. We all just adore such a wonderful doctor and his staff. They are all so professional and Dr. Savona is such a thorough, kind, great, awesome and amazing doctor. I wish I could have had him forever. Dr. Savona, my children, granddaughter and myself will forever love, appreciate and remember you and how nice and courteous you were to our family. Barbara, Tim, Meina, Kenny, Korey and Derriqua.

The front office is a nightmare. They kept us waiting for 50 minutes without telling me the doctor my son was supposed to see was sick. I heard from another patient the doctor was sick after I waited for 40 minutes. Ten minutes later, I checked with the front office and they told me to re-schedule. This is very poor service. I should not have heard the news from another patient. The front office should have told me immediately after they got the news. Had I not asked them, I would have been kept waiting for another hour! The front office staff did not give any apology about their mistake. They really could care less about their customers. Dr. Savona, if you can see this post, I hope you can hire some capable staff so that your patients feel they are respected.

Can't recommend Dr. Savona enough! There is no one else I would trust with my son's care. Dr. Savona has excellent bedside manners and is always willing to answer questions without ever making his patients feel rushed.

Wonderful and knowledgeable Doctor. Very common sense and wonderful about explaining sometimes complicated medical information. He was pediatrician for both of our sons who are now adults. There were multiple times when he clearly and accurately diagnosed confusing symptoms and guided us to the correct treatment. Wonderful nursing staff to support. Very responsive to requests and great follow up.

I am so disappointed in this practice and the incompetent administrative staff. My sons were patients for 7 years and then moved away. After 4 years, we have moved back and we loved Dr. Savonna and Dr. Cameron so much that of course we wanted to return to their care... have a better chance of meeting the Wizard of Oz thanks to the incompetence of the office staff. I dropped off tthe then our records of the 4 years we were away and they said they would then pull the old records and he would

was looking for a new Pediatric doctor for my two year old, so this afternoon I made calls ask some general questions like how to become the pt here, how to give them the medical records from other doctors, are there other doctors besides Dr. Savona, etc. the first two ladies were very polite, and the third one, I ask her do you have a nurse line which some places do have, the lady said: I cannot tell you if you are not pt here, so I said I am gonna come in this afternoon to sign the paperwork
