Dr. Joseph Powers, MD

I wanted to relieve the pain, do some stretches and muscle building to fix my tennis elbow. Dr Powers just came in, read some stuff to his assistant and sent me out for a PT referral. No steroids or pain relief. I called out of frustration that I received nothing. Still got nothing from him other than a $400 dollar bill or which none of was discussed with me before charging. Not worth $400. Super poor customer service. Won't be back. Other doctor was able to resolve my issue.

Dr. Powers is a great sports medicine doctor. He is knowledgeable, patient and efficient. He really listens and asks lots of questions about what's going on. I had knee pain from running. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I felt very safe in the waiting room with their COVID protocols. I was in the exam room quickly, and Dr. Powers was able to review my X-ray in minutes. He explained what was causing the pain and recommended physical therapy, as well as therapists that take my insurance and that he trusts. The office staff, physician assistants and technicians were great too. I'll definitely be using Dr. Powers again!

My name is Johnny wright I started seeing Dr Power's back in July 2017 for a broke rib since then I lost my job and health care coverage because of paper work not sent in I have been with the company for 3 years now I tried to tell Candice the nurse I needed the papers and her words to me was by law we have 10 days to get them Are you more worried about the law or my job I had for 3 years before coming to see Dr Powers It's no way around it I do not have a job or healthcare right now

I am not easily won over by doctors in the NEGA healthcare system, but he will be one doctor worth putting on my phone listing. More than an 8 minute exam and out the door. Thank you for listening.
