From the start, Doctor Pena has been personable, professional, and always willing to answer any questions I have. Throughout my experience I have even reached out to him during nighttime and weekend hours and he has always been prompt in getting back to me as soon as he can. His whole team has been amazing. I have always felt respected, supported, and welcomed. I couldn't ask for more in a professional care team.

When i first met Dr. Pena, I was shocked at how long the consultation was (it was about an hour). I was very surprised to see a doctor who took his time with me and my husband and try to understand our whole infertility journey and what our future steps would be. Throughout the whole process, his team was very efficient and communicative. There was never an instance where they did not call or 'forget' to call. Also, I didn't have to deal with any insurance or medication issues. They were able to fix any problems before it became a problem. Dr. pena and his staff are honestly truly amazing and go beyond and above!

Dr. Pena and the staff were so helpful and made me feel so comfortable with everything. They answered every question I had, helped me with billing and since they have so many offices it was a breeze going to all my appointments. Dr. Pena is friendly, straight forward and tells you the truth without beating around the bush, which I like and appreacite. I highly recommend!

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for almost two years. I struggle with stage 3 endometriosis and when we met with Dr. Pena and his team they were nothing but amazing. All the MA’s, NP and coordinators were responsive, understanding and patient. Throughout the process, I NEVER felt like a number, especially in his Patchogue office. All the staff practically knew me by name. When we began the process, he spent a full two hours with us to discuss our plan of action and everything went smoothly, aside from waiting for a grant, we had an overall great experience. The only thing I will add is during the time of my egg retrieval, I was paired with a nurse who was not as friendly and understanding of a patient like myself with severe anxiety. I felt rushed and sorry for myself feeling this way when this is a very anxiety ridden experience. All in all, my husband and I are successfully pregnant after one round of IVF and I believe it’s all about what you make of it and advocating f

We chose Dr. Pena and his team at RMA LI IVF from a recommendation. The convenience of multiple locations to be able to go to for morning blood monitoring made a very uncomfortable experience a little easier. Big shout out to Melissa, Alexis and Jessica for being a great support system. If I ever had a questions about my medications or updates with my results I called the service or sent an email and heard back right away. This entire process is difficult, there’s no way around that. However Dr. Pena and the RMA team made it a little easier. We are now 6 weeks pregnant and are incredibly grateful everyday.

I highly recommend Dr. Pena and his team! They made our first IUI a truly pleasant experience, explaining everything thoroughly at every step and responding promptly to phone calls and emails. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and supportive, making the process even more comforting.

Consult with Dr.Pena in july, got pregnant in nov! I owe him for that. Only negative was my nurse coordinator was on leave and I was shuffled around between nurses but they did pull through and made it happen!

Dr. Pena and his team are very nice and personable. They are highly organized which I appreciate while this can be a complicated process both mentally and physically. They have always made the process as easy as possible and are always available to answer any questions.
