I’ve seen a lot of Drs and, as an RN, I’ve worked with many as well. Dr Oei was not only knowledgeable and able to communicate well with me, he was also a good listener, willing to take the time to really hear and understand what I had to say. He talked with me about different options and medications and let me have input on the decision made. He then let me know what his plans were should this medication not work so I left the offfice confident that he would be able to take care of my pain. ??

Dr. Oei is a outstanding doctor along with his nurses. The only problem and its a major problem is his bookkeeper KIM, she is very rude to patients and future patients. She tells Dr. Oei her story and not the truth where as she tries to make herself look good for Dr. Oei instead of telling the whole truth. She is a prime example of very poor customer service and or patient service. The most rudest person i have ever dealt with my entire life. She is in the wrong business.
