I had to go to another doctor to get help. He misdiagnosed me twice and his staff gives confidential medical information over the phone to a person who was not the patient. Im very sick now with serious problems all due to him. Terrible doctor and staff

He is a horrible doctor. Taking money from you for no reason. I called my insurance after my appointment, and they stated that there is no co-pay as long as the doctor follows the guidelines (which he did), but of course, still made me pay. NOT RECOMMENDED! He doesn't know what he's talking about most of the time. He is also very condescending. He thinks he knows everything but in reality, he doesn't know most of the questions you ask him. He takes advantage of Vietnamese patients because he knows they don't know much, therefore, he'll make it seem like what is he's saying is accurate. I made sure to do my research before coming to see him. When I asked him the questions I researched he didn't have an answer for me. Instead he replied "I did study that in school, but I don't have the answer for you". This place is unhelpful and ungrateful. ****He doesn't know what he's talking about*****

Dr. Nguyen is always conscientious about patient care and comfort. He correctly diagnosed my tick bite as Lyme Disease when an ER resident/attending MD missed the signs. His staff was more than helpful in helping with getting a prescription filled while I was out of state.

Arrogant. Thinks he knows more than you do about everything. He refused treatment. Then sent me home saying I had sciatica and it would go away. He refused to put me on medical leave even tho I’d seen him 3 times prior for the same issue and wasn’t ready to return to work. Didn’t get an MRI like I asked. Later, after two Urgent Care visits and two ER visits I was admitted to hospital for herniated disc and nerve damage. Now I have to have surgery! Could have been prevented! Avoid this doctor!

Honestly I switched my primary care from Dr. Nguyen. I really didn't feel that he had the level of attention and patient care that patients would like to have. He seems particularly arrogant and claims to know everything. Long story short, I was looking for malaria pills to take with my while traveling out of the country. This guy blasts me for asking and claims that you only take them after contracting the disease. My second opinion at UCLA just kept laughing when I told her what Joseph said.

Absolutely horrible doctor. went to him for a referral to ortho for emergency surgery on my arm and he got the wrong arm on his referral so when I got to the ortho, he couldn't see me. Dr ngyuyen also screwed up my insulin medication which required me to spend 1/2 a day in the ER over memorial weekend. He also displays a very snarky attitude with a miserable bedside manner.
