Needed a second opinion for a dislocated finger and had a very frustrating experience. After being asked to send over records from my previous doctor, I followed up two days later to confirm receipt and was then told I needed to submit unrelated EMG records. I complied, but after weeks without hearing anything, I called again. The receptionist acted like we had never spoken, though she confirmed they had the records. Another week passed without an appointment. I had to call once more to finally get an appointment scheduled.When I arrived for the appointment, the doctor claimed he hadn’t received any records, despite being told earlier that they had them. Frustrated, I simply said, 'What a joke.' Instead of acknowledging the office’s mistake, the doctor told me that if I didn’t calm down, I would have to leave. He never apologized for the situation and immediately put the blame on me for being upset. While he did evaluate my finger, the complete lack of empathy was shocking.
