Simply put, he’s the best!! Attentive and warm, never talks down, makes eye contact the entire time, is compassionate, caring, and respectful.. I never feel rushed. A real “mensch” .

Dr. McAllister, at one time, truly cared about his patients. His communication skills and compassion, were only surpassed by his patient care. I have praised him as my primary care physician for years. My family has been patients for over 25 years, as well as family friends. I would have never imagined that I would ever have a single poor experience with Dr. McAllister, let alone his repetitive inability to respond to messages and phone calls, while I was so sick and suffering, I was hospitalized, and visited urgent care twice. While Dr. McAllister went over 2 months without responding to numerous detailed messages, I was shocked and felt abandoned by someone who I relied on for my health and well-being. I had trouble breathing and never received a return call. I ended up going to Urgent Care and finding out I had bronchitis, which doctors at Jefferson had missed. After a zpack and an inhaler, within two weeks my breathing is 80% better. No thanks to Dr. McAllister.

Dr Joseph McAllister is an excellent doctor. He also takes time explaining things as well as wonderful listener. He is very very caring.

Dr McAlister is just wonderful! My husband & I have been going to him for years, but this year we both came down with Covid while living at the shore. His calming demeanor, professional advice, & most of all his availability was just amazing. He has the rare ability to make you feel like your his only patient !!!

Dr McAllister is professional,compassionate,knowledgeable and most of all easy to talk to. He listens without judging. He gives hope when you may feel despair. He is very relatable.

I have been going to Dr. McAllister for over 20 years. I find him extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, thoroughly discusses your problems with you, and never rushes through your visits. He is very kind and gentle and you feel you always have his undivided attention. I have always placed my trust and confidence in him and have never been disappointed. I would be lost without him!

Dr. Mac in my opinion is the best doctor going. Myself and all my family has been using Dr. McAllister for over 25 years!!!. You can not find a more compassionate and knowledgeable doctor.
