Lacks compassion and dedication
This doctor doesn’t follow up often at all. I noticed he takes time with Haitian patients. He doesn’t help connect his patients with specialist he recommends calling insurance company. I believe since he’s gotten popular with pt numbers he’s changed. The staff is dismissive and rude especially to current patients. The staff doesn’t follow up in a timely manner. I don’t feel warm and fuzzy with this office. I believe the unprofessional us due to the location Farrockaway. The quality of care is awful here the staff is rude.

I never actually saw the doctor because the front desk person was so rude and unprofessional. She said that she was the office manager and if I didn't like the way she spoke or the horrible customer service then I can leave. I'm not sure if the doctor is any good but based on his front desk I will never go back there. I'm not sure if it's the neighborhood or if this is her general attitude, but I refuse to accept thu type of treatment where I'm spending my hard earned money.
