Dr Joseph Lambert is great
He has always been available when I specify I want to see him for major health issues. He has referred me to specialists that helped me with bone/joint, back and some Gorlins Syndrome issues. His PAs are great and I dont mind scheduling with them to assist me with minor issues: Colds, allergies, etc. He listens and schedules the appropriate tests needed to diagnose the problem.

Practice is a joke!
Blue Cross assigned him as my PCP. For two months I attempted to get an appointment for RX refills and clearance for surgery and I kept being shoved to a Physician’s Assistant (PA), which charged me the same price as seeing a doctor. I told them I have a complex medical history and terminal illness and don’t want to see a PA. Then the PA would only refill meds for 30 days at a time and wanted me in their office every 90 days for future refills. Now my ortho will not perform surgery without a clearance letter from a real medical doctor and my surgery has been post-phoned while I find a new practice and start all over. Meanwhile, they refuse to even refill my Diabetic testing equipment without an A1C1 test, which they have never called in to the lab, despite two appointments with them in less than a month. Doctor refuses to return your calls and it is a joke.

The first appointment went fine, he seemed sympathetic & offered to up dosage of my anti-anxiety meds if I needed it. A few months later, I needed it, so I made an appointment and went in. All of a sudden he seemed very uncomfortable with prescribing my meds at all, much less upping my dosage. After weeks of trying to get ahold of them to get my refill, I ran out of meds. They lied about sending my paperwork to ins. to approve my new dose & only filled out papers after I called my insurance.

I had to switch primary care doctors due to my health insurance. I had seen my previous Doctor for 28 yrs. I got on the Internet and started searching for local doctors in the area and Doctor Joseph Lamberts name popped up with 5 stars so, I took a chance and made an appointment and was surprised and excited that Doctor Lambert had that patient/Doctor thing in common and he knew my previous primary care doctor. I love Doctor Lambert because he listens to me and spends time with me as a patient.
