We had to take my autistic daughter into the hospital for some fluids and Dr. Lally did an amazing job with her and called the next day to check up and see how she is doing. He was very caring.

While playing sports, I collided with another player, and split my eye open. Dr Joe Lally said injuries like this is why he stopped playing, so he was sympathetic. He stitched me up, and it looks good. He explained the stitching he did to my wife, and told me some precautions for how best to let it heal. I couldn't have asked for a better doc for this visit.

He has absolutely no bedside manor at all. Not to mention, he only really made eye contact with my husband while speaking. Also, he said he would be right back but he failed to come back in exam room and instead sent the nurse with discharge papers. I believe I have a trigger finger in my left hand and he failed to provide me with adequate treatment to help control the severe pain until I could get an appointment with a specialist. What an utter waste of an ER copay.
