Dr. Kerendian's office and team were very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience, and I cannot recommend this practice at all. Usually, I don't like to leave negative reviews, but after reading the comments and feedback from other patients, I found that they align with my own experience. They never checked my mom’s insurance, which is why I called them to confirm before our appointment. They assured me everything was fine and told me to come in. However, when we arrived, they charged me $200 for the consultation, despite my insistence that I had insurance. My mom's appointment was rescheduled six times, and when the day finally came, the front office staff was disrespectful to both me and my mom. I didn’t even get the chance to speak with the doctor because I was dealing with the awful office team. I strongly advise against visiting this office; they are extremely unprofessional, and the manager is one of the least helpful people I’ve ever encountered.

Agree with other commenters -- staff is unbelievably rude. My elderly mother needed cataract surgery, and the nurse started berating her for not having made an appointment with her primary care physician to get surgery clearance -- but they never told her she had to do so! My mom started crying from the stress. Poor communication, they refuse to provide any written materials for such a routine surgery, like a preparation checklist. I blame the Doctor as he is in charge here.

Rude, terrible, & obnoxious staff! Went there 10 min early & waited 45 more min. Got asked to pay before being seen. When asked how long more to wait, the receptionist said it was not her problem & to ask the doc. A rude nurse barged in & asked me to leave if I was not happy. Had to see the kind doc downstairs who took care of my infected eye! Stay away from this office--horrible, unfriendly, & scary staff!
