I have had Dr. Johnson as my primary physician for nearly 20 years. Truly caring, professional, genuine and knowledgeable. I would not have anyone else.

Staff can be rude. Scheduling can be a nightmare. I asked for immunization records and I was told I need to get them myself from WebIZ. When I called to tell them I couldn't find records for either of my children, they THEN told me, it doesn't work most times unless you go through the provider website. I wasted 3 days on getting records.

Dr. Johnson is an amazing doctor! He listens to his patients and is very willing to try new things and think outside of the box. I feel like when I have my mind made up about a treatment he stands beside me and supports me with a very watchful yet optimistic approach. He was the only doctor who would listen to me and due to him actually listening he found my cancer and I have him to thank for my life. He is in my opinion one of the best doctors in northern Nevada. I highly recommend him.

This man was horrible as a doctor to my wife. He acted like it was a bother to treat her. This is an assembly line doctor. In and out, pay me. He was so involved in his weight loss center that he disrespected his patients who were overweight. I wish I could give minus stars. Terrible human being.

I've had my grandson in 2 times this week trying to determine what is wrong with him. they sent us home with a RX with no specific diagnosis. Overnight my grandson developed a severe reaction to the penicillin with large patches of hives. I have spent 2 and 1/2 HOURS trying to get someone there to tell me how to treat this and I still am waiting. Don't take your kids there, they may not die from the illness but the aftercare just might kill them. I wouldn't take my dog there.

Dr. Johnson is knowledgeable and willing to work with you to find out what is wrong, and his treatment plans work! I have gone to many endocrinologists for my thyroid problems, and none of them were able to help me like Dr. Johnson!

I agree with the other reviewer here. I had a similar horrible experience where we called so many times & it never got done. In particular, one of the long time medical assistants who is rude, abrasive & cold in the treatment of patients & so I have heard from others. She's still allowed to work there. Please beware. I have since left long ago because of this reason, but always wanted share my experiences in a meaningful way to unsuspecting patients, to save them from what I went through.

Dr. Johnson and his staff are friendly and professional. He is thorough and truly cares about the health of his patients. I have seen him myself as well as taken my daughters to see him for various health issues, and every time we have been pleased with the level of care we received. I would highly recommend Dr. Johnson. He is very knowledgeable and worked to find the correct diagnosis.

I DO NOT recommend this Dr. MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE. This office and staff are the WORST to get any referral. If you need a referral, I will guarantee it will NOT be submitted. You MUST Babysit this staff to get a referral. I have had to drive to the office to speak and demand they submit the referral. Then when they fail to submit it, you will spend hours clearing up the mess because they FAIL to do their job. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID at all costs.
