When i saw Dr Hayes for the first time, he came off as very crabby and cold, he did not listen to what I was saying and he would interject and cut me off before I can explain what's going on with my condition which I've been dealing with for a very long time. I thought maybe he was having a bad day or something, but after the second and third time I was convinced that's just how he is and it was time to find a new Dr and so I did. This guy shouldn't be dealing with people let alone patients.

We saw Dr. Hayes after relocating from another state. After the 2nd visit my husband and myself decided we did not care for his bed side manner. I felt his attitude was rather cold and some comments seemed condescending. After discussing a need for a new sleep study due to some sleep issues . He never followed thru to send a referral. Twice he failed to follow thru for needed test referral. We changed Doctors and now are getting the referrals we needed.
