Rude and Unprofessional staff
Receptionist Ms Aida has been always very rude and unprofessionaland she did this again. She wont accomodate a child who is sick and have high fever. She told me first to get the covid test and then call her if its -ve. We did the rapid antigen test and called her back as it was -ve. Ms Aida said very curtly that there is no availaibility today and I can give you an appointment tomorrow ( then why in the first place you asked me to do the covid test again. She made me do the covid two times). when I called her back in just few minutes as I had to check with my husband, she tells me that there is no availability for tomorrow. Are you Serious? here my daughter has high fever and she has been Dr. Haimi patient for years now and you dont let us visit her Doctor. This lady has no empathy and is very disrespectful. Today I am taking my daughter to another Pediatrics and have decided never to visit Dr Haimi office again. Very disappointing, Hope Dr Haimi reads this and train his staff.

This practice is AMAZING!!my daughter is 1 month and 2 weeks old, Dr Haimi has always taken time with us and thoughtfully answers questions and addresses concerns. Looks like he has more than 30 years of experience!! I loved the way he evaluated and managed my daughter when she had some blood in her poop. He is Amazing and we are very happy that we found him.
