Dr Gauta repaired my bladder and also performed a rectocele repair in 2013. I have had complete satisfaction all these years. I am now needing some additional repair work and I have so much faith and confidence in Dr Gauta, that I am willing to drive five hours for our appointments as I no longer live in Naples.

urinary incontinence issues
I saw Dr. Gauta for several years before moving from Naples and he help-ed me tremendously. Even to the point that there was nothing left to do but a major surgery and he didn’t recommend it since I didn’t have pain now and could in the future by doing said surgery. His honestly and caring are unsurpassed in the industry. Miss not being able to go see him again not living there.

Happy
I appreciated that Dr Gauta came into the room to speak to me before the exam. I have been in so much pain that I was expecting to hear that I might need surgery or that I might have IC. It is my hope that the diagnosis he gave me is the answer I needed. Time will tell. Dr. Gauta seemed to be a knowledgeable caring person.

He seemed overall concerned because I am in such severe pain he wants to try and figure out the cause instead of saying he does not know. He is trying everything to find out my medical issue that is keeping me from working and daily activities. I have a stage 1 bladder prolapse also and I really hope he does surgery on that because it is very bothersome to me.
