Inquired about cost over the phone and was given $1350 quote for 12 monthly treatments for one year. Later noticed their Groupon that advertised a 66% discount for a $1200 treatment that now can be had at $407.
I called and asked if this was also for 12 monthly treatments as the $1350 was advertised? Nope, this was for one session!
If you do the math on that Groupon "deal" then it would cost you $4884 for the same treatment you would get WITHOUT the Groupon. That’s $3534 more than without the Groupon! Some deal!!
When pressed on the issue they said that the Groupon was old.
Go ahead and call them anytime to see if they have adjusted this “old” Groupon.

Bad experience for me. I bought a Groupon coupon that gave me a discount laser toenail treatment....didn't work but Garafola made it all worse by selling me overpriced "moistureisers" . Every good doctor knows that my problem was feet that were already too moist and that's why I had the athlete's feet in the first place. I got a very strong feeling that this was all just for the money...I felt scammed.

Staff can't ansewer billing questions and often are rude. Billing amounts are inconsistant and sometimes seem exorbatant. I will not be returning. Office environment is not clean and generaly uncomfortable.

Dr Garofalo did minor surgery on my ingrown toenail. The surgical space was DIRTY!!!
I got the worst infection from it. After 3 return visits and 3 different antibiotics he gave up on it.
Almost had to have my toe amputated. Went to specialist at Sansum, did tests and prescribed the proper antibiotic. End of problem
