Finally a diagnosis!
Staff was wonderful, compassionate and knowledgeable. Anticipation of tests was far worse than actual tests. Dr. Furman delivers his information in a very matter of fact way. He is not a warm fuzzy, but I appreciated the straightforward delivery and after almost 2 years of many different tests from many different Drs. I FINALLY got a diagnosis and am in Vestibular therapy.. I am finally on the other side of two excruciating months of debilitating vertigo. Thank God for Dr. Furman and his staff.

A complete joke
A three hour visit that made me sicker than I was. No explanation of anything. He barely said a full sentence. Took no interest in anything I wanted to say. Wrote what he he said he was guessing at as my diagnosis on a piece of paper. Told me to look it up and left the room.

I was charged over $4000 for tests for them to not really tell me what was wrong and what I could do to fix it. He wanted to do these tests all over again in 3 months because he was curious if anything would change. Without treatment how would anything change? Had to find out what was wrong from my family doctor. Have to see a different specialist to seek treatment.

Only giving one star because no stars is not an option. After hours of testing, the doc was 1.5 hours late to our appointment, then spent less than 10 min in the room with me. His idea of offering a "diagnosis" was pointing at a picture of the middle ear and saying that I "have some crystals stuck in there". He did not explain any of the test results from my several hours of nauseating testing. I am all for simplification, but I have been dealing with this for 12 years and have seen multiple doctors, I am not new at this. I left feeling insulted and disheartened. Go somewhere else if you can. If you cannot, make sure you bring an advocate that will help you get the answers you need. I wish I would have.

Went balance clinics with serious balance and hearing problems- was dismissed with very poor explanation - staff was wonderful- but when pushed for an explanation or further treatment options - Dr Furman was unable to explain- and stated it was “just the disease process” which he was unable to explain! Extremely unhappy with results of a day long visit!! Felt like if didn’t fit in to his prepackaged diagnosis- was not worth litenubg to!

Excellent! Dr. Furman seems to have found the problem with my husbands vertigo and balance issues. He was professional, kind and patient. Answered my questions and was compassionate with my husband. Would not hesitate to refer anyone.

Dr. Furman is excellent and was able to diagnose and effectively treat a severe vestibular issue that no other doctor was able to figure out. I suffered for many years prior to seeing Dr. Furman, and am grateful to him for being so thorough and effective in his diagnosis and successful treatment. He is also personable and caring. I would highly recommend him.

Brilliant, comprehensive testing on hearing and balance and a very professional doctor who will take the time to address any questions you have while in the office with him. The staff is incredibly nice and the rest of the staff who do the actual testing are very nice, comforting, and explain what's happening every step of the way. Highly recommend this office!!! Spent four hours there and I have not one complaint.
