I experienced excellent health care from the nurse practitioner that I saw. My issue was dealing with the business office and billing. They billed an office visit to an old insurance that I hadn't had in over a year. When I was notified that I owed $800 for the visit since the claim was denied by the old insurance, it was too late to file on my current insurance, they then expected me to pay the full cost of the charges. When I refused, they told me that I could no longer use their services.

I recently had an appt with Bill about an ongoing problem he's trying to help me resolve & i just want him to know that the shot he got me yesterday knocked out the worst of my pain by last night & have hopes this will hold me until i can see the specialist.
