I have a couple kidney stones and Dr. Drew is advised me not to go under the knife or surgery because I have one coming up so he wants the kindy stones to pass naturally natura.

Listens to my concerns with real attention. Discussed the steps I should take in a clear and detailed explanation.

DR. Drew really listens no rushing. Actially hears your concerns He checked heart & lungs and i haven't had a doctor do that in years.

Dr Drew is very friendly and seems to genuinely care about his patients.

Terrible physician, condescending and rude. Most painful experience of my life, will never go back. Went to get stent removed left me sitting in room for over an hour, then came in and pushed the stent removal back to the following week because he was behind schedule despite my complaints of discomfort and desire to have it out. Absolutely pissed.

I have been rescheduled and delayed to receive an outpatient procedure until my condition progressed to the point that I could not urinate. Again my procedure was delayed and I was told to use catheters. I have been using catheters for several months awaiting to be seen. I finally was to been seen in June and have now been called and told I would have to have my appointment pushed back to August. It is difficult to understand how any doctor or staff can believe this is an acceptable practice.

I travel 300 miles to see Dr Drew. This most recent visit I had to cancel as he was 'running late' and his staff could not confirm that I could be seen within two hours of my appointment. I explained that I had flown in since it wouldn't be good for me to drive after the procedure and couldn't wait more than two hours. She said it would be best to reschedule. I again told her that I had to take a hole day off work and drive 4 hours each way or pay for an expensive flight. Didnt care.

Absolute worse office coordination ever. Lost lab results, prescribed medication after allergic reaction it took 3 follow up calls to get a different prescription. Their office lacks interdepartmental communication throughout. Takes incredibly long to have their scheduling department to schedule possible life saving procedures. Patient MUST follow up to ensure THEY do not drop the ball. Dr Drew is spread too thin with an ucredibly bad support group making it much worse . need any more?
