I brang my son in for chest pain/shortness of breath & uncontrollable, shaking of his hand. He felt faint was never asked if we needed assistance as he fell weak in which it was dismissed when we asked Dr came in & Immediately had attitude as if we were bothering him. It was not busy at all! Regardless of the fact, he told him to get on the table in which he was having trouble the he decide to lay hands on him, grabbed his legs forcefully, and basically assaulted him when I had said he was having trouble, he said that he was a big boy, and that he was FINE without even being assessed never the less diagnosed. He was discriminated against judged and miss handled, where I had no choice, but to take the risk and drive him to Danbury not knowing if he was going to have a heart attack. This was not only unacceptable, unprofessional, inexcusable, and by no any means appropriate healthcare. I cannot imagine how many others have been treated this way by this so-called healthcare professional.

Dr Dedonato treated my husband in the ER at New Milford Hospital. He was very helpful and took the time to get a good history of what had been going on. He explained things well to us. The ER was packed and the whole department really took the time needed to help my husband. Everyone in the ER was wonderful and we are thankful for their help.
