Excellent Doctor
Dr Cook has been my Primary Care doctor for over 30 years. Throughout those years, he has taken excellent care of me. Dr Cook has a great personality, and listens very well during the visit. He explains his diagnosis in detail as well as the appropriate treatment, and answers all of my questions with a great bedside manner. We have developed a very good relationship through all these years. Dr Cook is an outstanding doctor!

He’s The Best!

Excellent doctor and compassionate gentleman
His staff took me back on time to get my vitals. He came in immediately, listened, asked questions, examined me, explained his prognosis and sent in two prescriptions. I am grateful that he is my doctor!

Two visits were scheduled; Sep 29 and then Sep 28. BOTH were cancelled. Another appointment was made for Oct. Dr. Cook is an excellent doctor and I want to keep him as long as he wants to keep me.
