Terrible Doctor, Avoid Avoid Avoid!
Dr. Chimino is a terrible Dr. He put me on three of the most dangerous drugs on the market. He poisoned me with tons of medication that should have never been prescribed!! I finally ended up Firing Dr. Chimino December 2023, and boy am I much happier not being on all that dangerous medication. AVOID AVOID, AVOID!

Wonderful doctor, as of 9/30/2021 I was told that he's on an indefinite leave. I got squeezed in with a dr. That knows nothing about me. This happened with my husband dr. who is Nikalakakis, which we finally was told he's no longer there after many appts were cancelled. I hope that Dr. Chimino returns, but I won't be surprised if he also has left the practice. The Advocate could be cleaning house ?

Dr. Chimino is not only extremely intelligent and thorough, but he is compassionate and spends time with the patient. He does not look at his watch like other doctors. I would give my highest recommendation.

Dr. Chimino is a great doctor. I have been going to that practice for 35 years and with Dr. Chimino for at least 10 years, but the last 2 times I needed a pre-op physical I was told he had no appointments and was booked until March. The office staff yelled at me before I even got out his name. There is no way they would give him a message or let me talk to him. I was not thrilled with the new doctor they gave me. I can no longer deal with his staff, especially Dana, and I am looking for a new primary care doctor. How can I recommend a doctor that I can never get an appointment with and an office that just doesn't care about his patients.

I could not get an appointment. I went to the immediate care center for my initial diagnosis. They weren't sure what it was but gave me medicine to treat what we thought were bites. As this did not work Dr. Chimino put me on Shingles medicine without seeing me. A week later I found It was Impetigo which I am still dealing with. Dr. Chimino has never seen me. I now have to go to a dermatologist to find a cure. A 10 minute appointment should not have been a big burden. I'm now trying to find another doctor that I can trust.

After becoming disappointed with my previous primary care physician, I found Dr. Chimino. Best decision I've made...I could not ask for more when it comes to my health care. Dr. Chimino is a very patient-oriented physician (as more doctors should be) and has a great bedside manner. I am finally, after one year of a not so caring physician, confident that I am in the best hands possible. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Dr. Chimino has been my Pcp for 5 years now. Caring doctor who listens. I have a bad back due to being a Flooring Installer most my life. At age 36 I was developing extreme lower back pain. After a couple MRI's /CT scans, I did physical therapy for 6 weeks, steroidal injections every six months for 2 years, the injections didn't help much, but some if the medicines did. I'm able to function and work again. Pain is always there, better some days than others, Dr. Chimino got me back into life.
