Dr. Joseph Cheung, MD

I could not believe how much time the doctor spent with me. He did not seem rushed to get to another patient gave me his undivided attention, answered my question, and finally someone who was educated on how to treat my particular condition. I actually left in tears because someone finally listened to me, and didn't try to just shove a bunch of stimulants down my throat.

Dr. Cheung is a caring and excellent sleep doctor. One of the best doctors at Mayo Clinic. He takes his time to explain my condition and go above and beyond in my care. I highly recommend him.

He is like a real life toddler. You cannot be too assertive in your care, never suggest or request anything, you have to make him feel its his idea.

I dealt with these people over a period of 5 months regarding a sleep study - this was my final message to them ..... Dr. Cheung, Since nobody will talk to me on the phone in your office and purposely do not return my phone messages or messages I leave in the portal, I wanted to let you know I am now forced to take my business elsewhere. I have been in extensive contact with Aetna who assure me they did not deny my sleep study test claim - they requested more information from your office. This information was never forwarded from your office obviously and all attempts to remedy this with your office end in a dead end and I am ghosted by your people who answer the phone and your alleged office manager(s). The lack of service provided by Mayo Clinic is horrible in this matter. The rest is redacted due to personal info....
