Dr Cerny was my Dr for 23 years since he first came to Auburn. He was the most professional Dr. When he left we tried the new Dr. He told us he was sure he really researched this person. I had an apt with her the first day. She was 5 hours late. She forgot the key. We waited a week for a Rx. Every time we call it's a recording full cant leave a message. You cant get ahold of her. No one answers the door. I know he would never have chose her if he knew this was going to happen. Done moving on.

I was a patient for the last 12 years until he retired in March, 2021. He has a wonderful personalty and sense of humor. Most of all he is a wonderful doctor. He is very focused on a patient's complete care, will explain things so I could understand them. He will be missed by many of his patients. Have a great retirement Dr. Cerny. If you ever wonder what shows are good on Netflix just ask him. He knows them all. Big Hugs

New doctor took over. Saw her 2 times for dermo issue. She sent me to ER...Went there twice and got treatment. Went to get my prescription refilled for long time medication and was told I had to come in. When I protested and told them I had been in 2 times in a week I got no help. When I asked if I needed to get another doctor the doctors husband (office mgr) said that would be good and hung up on me. I hope that Dr. Cerny hears about this and how his 20year patients have been treated. I have since gotten a new doc. Former patients beware!! The new doc is churning patients for the $$$.

Dr. Cerny has been my doctor over 15 years. He is very thorough, and always answers all my questions... He is calm, with a great sense of humor... He is compassionate and caring while providing an accurate diagnosis and his staff has always been efficient and pleasant. I don't hesitate to recommend his services to my family and friends.

Not only is Joe an excellent doctor, he is real is a great person. Both of which translate into a caring, informative, and effective patient experience. His diagnostic skills are very good and his recommendations and prescriptions for healing are spot on. This is a doctor you want on your healthcare team!

If I was only rating Dr. Cerny, I would rate him 5 stars without hesitation. He has been our family physician for about 17 years. His office staff are awesome. His med assistant, however, leaves a lot to be desired. She is totally lacking in emotional intelligence. Once Dr. Cerny walks into the exam room, though, he more than makes up for what she is lacking. I will never hesitate to trust him with the health of our family.

I have seen Dr. Cerny a number of times for a variety of things. Wait time has never been more than 15 minutes. I have very much enjoyed having him as my doctor the last 3 years and hope he will be my physician for many years to come. I took my son to him and would recommend him to all my friends and family. His staff has even got me in the same day on multiple occasions.
