Horrible service
I went with my mother to her appointment with this guy. As soon as he walked in the door, he had a bad attitude and made it seem like he did not want to be there. He refused to exam my mother because he didnt want to call a translator to communicate with her. He said she has to visit a special neurologist that speaks her native language. Thats the first time I ever heard that. Doctor offices have access to translators all around the world. He also lied and said that he called me in advance and spoke to an imaginary person that wasnt me and told him that he does not provide the services we are looking for. If i could give negative stars, i would. This guy is a joke of a doctor and based on my research and talking to people, he has done this to multiple first time patients of his. Only regret i have is that i should have done this research before i set up the appointment with him and not wasted my time.

Dr. Carcione is an excellent communicator. He very clearly explains what course of treatment he recommends and why. The office atmosphere is ,most pleasant. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The available evening hours for appointments allows for a lot of flexibility.in scheduling.

Dr. Carcione was very personable and professional. During my examination, he went out of his way to explain exactly what he was doing, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the exam. I also got a kick out of how enthusiastic he seems about the sort of work he does. (He was doing a baseline study of my ulnar nerve after a bad accident) Highly recommend.
