Scheduled consult, very professional staff, clearly not their first rodeo. Asked when we wanted to schedule, I half-jokingly said, how about now and they said, let’s go! And so we did. Michelle, Anna and Dr Arzadon did the whole thing from med admin to wake up in 26 mins. Great instructions, pre and post op and follow up. Had other kid’s done the next morning. Super easy too.

never come Northern Virginia Surgical Arts, because I call to many time when I ask insurance cover dental implant ,they told me cover all I lose time make appointment when I come wait almost 2 hours just talk few minute and tell me paid $250 and told me do implant $16000 What happen? why they didn't told me Insurance not cover I never come .Now I have bill Cone Beam $434 so before doctor told me machine didn't he didn't show Cone Beam and another notification if I payment is not received within 7days paid cost 30% of my balance ,another bill outpatient Established $180 .I ask Vikki Marsh about Cone Beam He send usb when I open nothing inside ,I ask again he told Dr. Peters was not able to read it because of IT issues. I lose more time go another doctor Dr. Kenneth Bui help open file ,Q Smiles Dental told nothing in usb .I don't know what happen Northern Virginia Surgical Arts didn't nothing they want make money from patient. I lucky when I stop early .Why I paid for this when they didn't do nothing so I already paid for estimate just come look . me is patient now I have trouble when they want send to a lawyer .BECAREFULL

The good doctor Arzadon extracted 3 teeth recommended by his friend Dr. Nina Hirshman, a periodontist in Warrenton several months ago. Dr. Hirshman recommended I alternate cleaning/dental visits with her and and also see a second dentist of my choice. My old dentist, Dr. Kayes of Haymarket is closing his office and will be unavailable to me. I liked Dr. Arzadon and since he is friendly with Dr. Hirshman, can Dr. Arzadon be my dentist (and do alternate visits and cleanings every 2-3 months or so with his own staff, in the Haymarket/Gainesville office? Let me know and days he might be available for same in April/May 2023 timeframe. Thanks, Joe Mitchell

Dr. Arzadon and his patient coordinator team Millie, Geraldine and Leonel—together with his surgical assistants, Lexy and Mike, undertook an extraction, a sinus graft and placement of two implants. The work was exemplary and professional and I would recommend them without reservation. I was grateful that I was given the option of avoiding general sedation and remained alert and awake throughout the procedures and felt no pain. Their was minimal discomfort during the post surgical healing and my natural smile quickly returned. The recommendation of a homeopathic cream to minimize swelling and quickly eliminate bruising was an unexpected blessing.
