I was recently hospitalized after a fall and diagnosed with a broken shoulder. However I was in extreme pain anytime medical staff stood me up and my bp crashed. After four days at my insistence an MRI was performed and found 5 breaks in my hip and pelvis. He never saw me when there was no diagnosis for the pain and bp drop. He never examined me. I NEVER saw Dr. Simon who was treating me during the six days i was hospitalized, despite repeated requests to see the orthopedist. I would not recommend him based on the delay in diagnosing the breaks in my hip and pelvis, and that he never examined, nor talked to me.

Dr Simon has excellent knowledge and ability to communicate with me as the patient and answer all of my questions thoroughly m. I also believe he did an excellent job on the surgery itself. I am very grateful.

His bedside manner, his confidence and his knowledge. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process not to mention My scar is very minimal.

Dr. Simon is the only doctor to really take a chance on trying to help me. Before i saw him nobody was willing to even try fixing my back but Dr. Simon layed out all my options clearly and made sure i understood everything that was going on. He made me feel at ease and comfortable, despite getting some tough news and he managed to make me feel confident about this procedure and his capabilities as a surgeon. I’m pain free and can exercise pain free.

It takes MONTHS to get an appointment, even if you are in extreme pain. Then no one calls with any test results for WEEKS. Then MONTHS again to get an appointment to review test results. Will I get treatment to relieve the CONSTANT PAIN at the appointment that I waited more than 2 months to get? I am guessing not, that it will have to be a separate appointment, waiting another 2 months, bringing me to 6 months of CONSTANT PSIN AND OUT OF WORK.

He gave me good direction for me to be able to get a complete picture that he would need should surgery be needed. He also informed me what that surgery would be as well as why and how it would be performed. I found him quite informative and confident on my potential procedure.
