We just westing our time with Mr Zavaleta, each time visiting taking two hours waiting at the end my wife health doesn’t improve.

Great experience at his office. Staff was very attentive. Dr. Zavaleta takes his time to explain in detail your diagnosis and treatment. Glad I landed in his office. He is very knowledgeable.

I have been seeing Dr. Zavaleta for 36 years. His wife is extremely kind & so is he. He had managed my type 1 Diabetes well. Sometimes the wait time is over 2 hours but got to deal with it. He’s a fabulous Endocrinologist.

This is a VERY good doctor. Problem is - even the first appointment of the day waits long for an NP or the MD himself to come in. So, they had issues today. Fine, I get it. Everyone has issues. When the waiting for the patient to be seen - is appointment after appointment - time after time - it becomes a pattern and no longer an issue just for "today". I can't be so lucky to have early appointments - 1st or 2nd - to wait 40+ minutes every time I come in. Looking for another MD.

My mother is 86 years old and she went to her diabetes checkup as it happens every three months. It was the first time that Dr. Zavaleta was going to see her. She arrived at her appointment on time and made her wait 2 hours without giving her any explanation. When she asked the reason for the delay, Dr. Zavaleta ignored her and was very disrespectful to her, throwing the door in her face. My mom left without being seen. Her blood tests were not reviewed and she was not given the refills.
