His LVN nurse is terrible
I saw she viewed my message to the doctor and responded within ONE MINUTE with a vague generic response that is clearly copy and pasted. (It showed the time they viewed your message and it showed the time the message was sent) I needed a renewal for a prescription and for years I simply message my doctor and get it. However, she was very unhelpful and clearly did not want to help me. And it’s not new policy, my spouse was able to do the same thing with his doctor, but this nurse is making me jump through hoops to get my prescription unlike other nurses who helped. Martha does not care about her job or simply is in a rush to get it done and does not care about patients.
