Dr Rios takes his time explaining and you don't leave unless he knows you understand what he's saying. I've had heart problems for many years and have seen 4 other Cardiologists. He's by far the best I don't feel like I'm just a number. I can't say enough good things about him. My daughter takes me and she actually works at UF and she said if she ever has heart problems, she wants him. (Praying she never has heart issues) He should be acknowledged for being such an incredibly good doctor. Great bedside manner!

Dr Rios was thorough and very understanding. He doesn't sugar coat anything and I appreciate that. I'm so glad I saw him and he will be my Cardiologist. Very good bedside manner. Takes his time explaining things and makes sure you understand.
