I met Dr Ramirez in San Juan Office PR on 2020 for follow up as my previous rheumatologist indicated me to continue with tx consultation for possible autoimmune disease. Dr. Ramirez was absolutely rude and sarcastic while I was reporting my history symptoms and concerns regards a flare leaving my hand finger without mobility. Dr. Ramirez was quick to discard and devaluate my previous Labs results from my previous neurologist in CT. Dr. Ramirez was intimidating and told me to stop saying things that were not true, and verbalized that if was not satisfied with his impressions I should get another one specialist. Its 2023, and I am experiencing liver issues as results of autoimmune disease and receiving tx within USA.

The doctor's treatment was horrible, I didn't do a physical exam, he didn't ask me what really happened to me, he's a tough person. I just said that the pains that I am suffering in my joints were due to depression even with positive tests of inflammation in my body previously performed. I went because I have a possible diagnosis of fibromyalgia and he just said that I was in the wrong mind.

This doctor has no bedside manners at all. He is rude and has not the best interest of the patient in mind. He does have a feeling of entitlement and treat the patients in a hostile and poor manner. It is very sad that the patients has to be subjected to mistreatment without any concern for the patients feeling and situation. We went to him with test results and xr's and he don't even bother to see them. She was scheduled to go another time to get additional treatment. She was not the only one

He is tough but understanding and gets straight to the point. He is an excellent specialist and I'd recommend him to anyone seeking someone who understands, cares, and knows exactly what treatment you need, if any, to get you on the road to recovery.
