Rude and uncaring.
2 visits; encountered same attitude both times. Entering the exam room, not a word or eye contact, but went right to the computer. I, on the other hand gave morning greetings and inquired how he was; which seemed to offend him. He did not even acknowledge nor ask about the cancer treatment between the two visits. Incompetence or just doesn’t care. Never went back. BTW, his staff has expressed to me my same sentiments exactly.

Very attentive and concerned about the progress I have been making. He examines me and asks how I feel. If I complain about anything, he follows through with referrals to the appropriate specialist.

Rushed, doesn’t look at you when your talking to him, doesn’t act like he’s interested in what your saying. Staff doesn’t return calls in a prompt manner. Receptionist are not friendly. Thinking about changing primary Dr, just too manu problems with this one.

Dr.Prieto is a very knowledgeable doctor. He has a lot of patients and cares very much about the paitents he sees. When my wife and I came down to see him, he appeared to welcome us with open arms and offered us the best advice that he could.

I have found Dr. Prieto to be patient, attentive, and helpful. Note: the ease of scheduling urgent appointments directly with Dr. Prieto are conditional on availability, I wasn't well and didn't appreciate having to wait. BUT, he told me to feel free to go to the Bond clinic Urgent Care the next time I needed to be seen on the same day. I did exactly that and was very happy with the care and attention I received. It makes sense to have difficulty seeing my doctor on the spur of the moment.
