the doctor himself is great. but the office staff is rude. i can ever get in touch with anyone to ask questions, book an appt or talk to a nurse. Its really sad that a good doctor is loosing patients due to poor office staff.

He made me wait a week for my COVID-19 test results, even though he had access to the results after a couple of days. Then when he finally told me,he laughed at me like it was a joke.

This doctor has no compassion when it comes to treating patients experiences Sickel Cell Crisis! After coming into the ER with a 190/173 blood pressure and an oxygen level of 78 Dr. Lozano let me lay in severe back, and chest pain with no pain meds for at minimum 10 hours! My nurse called, and paged him time, and time again, but he insisted on not giving anything IV. Sickle cell Patients need pain relief! I wonder would he let one of his children lay in pain for hours?

I'm giving him zero stars. I am at Plaza Medical Center, and he is in charge of my care. As of right now it's been 12 hours of severe pain, and he hasn't even raised a finger. So in other words, HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS!! Good luck to anyone who has this man as a doctor either in or out of the hospital!!
