Refuse to see patient
Dr. Herrera would refuse to see the patient when they are few minutes late. This happened to me twice.

In my limited experience with Dr. Herrera, he is a good Dr. I have an issue with his staff. When I arrived the female staffer at the window was in a football conversation with other staff and dealt with me more as a side issue. After seeing the Dr. for a referral to a specialist, the nurse brought in the referral and said to call the specialist listed on the sheet. I told her I was thinking of seeing a different specialist and she said I had to see the referred Dr. my ins. would pay...not true
