I was very impressed that Dr. Garcia took the time to understand my health matters and also went above and beyond the required while trying to find solutions that worked for me. I am a new patient that moved to Florida recently. For months I was struggling with a dry and bad tasting mouth that two doctors in my previous location could not solve. Dr Garcia’s response helped me more in one meeting, than the previous Doctors did in numerous visits.

Staff has poor communication protocol. Had two test results that came back positive. Took two wks for the one and almost a month for the second before I found out. This is bone cancer I'm talking about. I happened to call the office each time for something else when I was told Heather had been trying to reach me by phone several times in each case. When I complained that they could have sent me a letter or email, Dawn the receptionist said, "it's not our practice". Then Heather go on the phone and screamed at me to.be more responsible about answering my phone. REALLY??? So let's sat im not a happy camper at this point. I told her what I thought and hung up. Would you be upset??? This day and age emails ARE the way of communication. Be proactive. Find a better staff to work with. Florida has plenty.

Very unpleasant doctor. Didnt make any attempt to actual examine me. Was eager to prescribe pills and didnt care if I needed more information first. During these times, sanitary measures are vital and this office and doctor didnt not follow any of them. No masks, no gloves. This visit left me with the most awful feeling. I Cannot believe how this doctor treats people.

My husband and I waited for 2 years for Dr. Garcia to get approval with UHC, and he would be my only choice in Charlotte County. This Dr. goes above and beyond for his patients and that is a rarity. We appreciate his care and concern and the fact that he REALLY listens to his patients.

Dr. Garcia is the most thorough and knowledgeable physician. My husband referred him to me and I am happy to have made Dr. Garcia my primary care physician. You are never rushed through your appointment, you feel like he truly cares about your health! He addresses all your health concerns and doesn't send you out with a handful of referrals to other physicians. Wait time is minimal and his office staff is very friendly.

I finally found Dr. Garcia after looking for a doctor that I felt comfortable with for a couple of years. I am only sorry it took so many tries with other MD's before I found him. I was specifically looking for a single practitioner where I would always see the doctor. He is kind, caring and, very knowledgable. He made me feel good about myself and my health status while directing me in ways to improve my health. I found him to be practical and realistic in his advice. His compassionate manner is to be admired. If it could be bottled and sold it would be priceless. I have found his office to be a "no judgment" zone. When you are with him you know he is focused only on you and never in a rush. I could not recommend him more highly.

Just moved to Punta Gorda. A. Friend recommended. Dr. Garcia. He spent a lot of time with me, answered my questions, very thorough. I don’t mind waiting for a Dr. when he takes time with me. I would highly recommend him.

Dr dropped United Healthcare so unable to get an appointment after becoming a new member of United Healthcare MedicareComplete Plan 2 (HMO). He was to be my PCP for 2019. No notice from his office or the plan. Very disappointed. Unable to further review.

Dr Garcia is an amazing doctor who truly cares for his patients. I would NOT be alive today if it weren’t for him! I have been a registered nurse for 20 years, mostly cardiac care, and know that when testing with other doctors was abnormal and nothing was being done to take care of the issue Dr Garcia stepped in and pushed the button to make sure I was appropriately seen and the appropriate intervention was performed! I feel good today, mentally and physically, because of him and his staff!

Dr.Garcia has spent more time with me the first visit then my previous doctor from Millennium spent with me the whole year and probably more

one of the few independent physicians in charlotte county not part of a patient mill great staff and yes he listens with no computer in the exam room!!!!!! you will see the Dr always not a pa or nurse

It is next to impossible to retrieve your medical records from this office. Extremely frustrating when they are needed by another doctor or insurance company.

Dr Garcia is one of the very best, kindest, down to earth, sensible and caring doctors I have ever met in my entire life. He has a way of talking to you to make you at ease, as well as making you understand whatever you need to get better. I highly recommend him to anyone I meet in need.
