Dr. De La Torre was able to diagnose my problem quickly and has preformed several procedures with successful outcomes! He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and caring. Dr De La Torre is superb. He addressed my concerns and explained everything thoroughly. His Medical Assistant is chatty, very personable and was fun to talk to- I felt less anxiety before the doctor came in! He did a great job of easing me into seeing the doctor. Overall, the practice is great, from the front desk to everyone I had an encounter with. I would recommend this practice to anyone suffering from back pain, or any sports med related issue.

I have been with Dr. De la Torres' office for a very long time. I walked in one day off the street. Explain to them that I needed a new pain doctor and help squashing the pain that I was in. Within a couple months we opted for the spinal cord simulator. It works really well. I still have some breakthrough pain but nothing really super significant anymore. And when it gets really bad we either do new injections or we recalibrate my machine.. today was the first day that he was ever done an injection in my SI joint. I won't know yet whether it helped or didn't help. I won't know if that for a couple of weeks. But I'm hopeful that he's able to give me some relief in that joint.If you're looking for a new pain doctor that believes and doing everything they can possibly do to help you get out of pain, give him a try. See what he can do for you.

Dr De La Torre actually takes the time to listen to you and make you feel comfortable with the situation that you’re in. You never feel rushed, and he takes the time to ask questions that will help you out. He has at times changed my medication which is helped out immensely and, I have not seen a doctor that never makes you feel rushed and make you feel like you’re a number. He knows who you are when you walk in the door and he goes out of his way to recognize you. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs help .

I was recommended to Dr Jose De LaTorre from my Rheumatologist Dr. I have to drive an hour to his office in Wesley Chapel and gladly do so. Out of all the Dr’s combined in the last ten years, he has helped me the most. He listens, is knowledgeable and thorough with his patents and has a great bedside manner. When I first came to him I was in so much pain and I could barely walk. He put me on the proper meds, monitored me closely, set up therapy and set me up for spinal blocks. I am slowly and carefully getting my life back. I love my Dr and his staff! They are personable, helpful and kind! For years I’ve suffered with multiple issues. When my primary stopped writing my scripts I was forced to find a doctor. I’m blessed to say the least with Dr. D. He is one of the most caring and compassionate people I’ve met. He takes his time, explains everything and doesn’t try to “push”drugs on you. He has definitely given me a much better life than I was experiencing prior to him. He is not only my doctor but a friend and a part of my family. He truly does not want anyone to suffer with pain. He is straight forward, pulls no punches and is honest. I have much respect for this man and his practice. His staff is also top notch. Doc, has been my pain doctor for years, His office is easy to locate and very personal. He is not just my Dr He is part of my Family now. My actual family members go to him also. He will not B.S you, Hes straight to the point and helps with everything in his power to relieve pain so that you can have a great life no matter how bad your pain is, his office will make it go away.
