Great Doctor took care of my 4 pregnancies. Me and my family go to Doctor Cardenas for many years. Definitely recommend.

This office needs to be closed.
This Dr. treats his office and Patients like they’re on an assembly line. He does not communicate nor does his front desk return calls and they will leave you days without any answers to important questions regarding your health. If you have the opportunity to go to any other physician I would look into it. Their online portal is outdated and useless because they won’t even upload any lab reports onto it nor do they answer any of your inquiries through it. if I could submit a formal complaint, I would. They should be ashamed of themselves, and honestly be out of business for just being greedy, and not taking full care of their patients.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First, this is a horrible doctor and his staff is even worse. They don’t care about people, doesn’t allow you to ask questions.. I don’t want me nor my child to be in his hands. This Drs office is shady and unprofessional Please stay away!!

Dr. Cardenas rushes through his exams, didn't greet my husband or 1yr old daughter. His equipment is outdated. When you ask a question, its a hassle to get an answer. He speaks to his staff in Spanish ( I am an RN and provide an interpreter for my Spanish speaking patients) I would expect the same from my provider. The RN is rude. I was borderline hypertensive everytime on her battery operated walgreens brand BP machine. I wouldn't trust him to deliver my pizza let alone my child!

I scheduled my first visit with this location a week ago refered through my medicaid insurance wish I looked at the reviews before. Yesterday the day before my appointment I was called and informed my old insurance through my father from 3 years ago was still active and to be seen tomorrow for my appointment I needed to deactivate it no problem I deactivated it. I go into my appointment today to be told it still says active in the computer so of course after taking a day off of work and travelin
