He found atrial flutter when no one else noticed. He listens. Great doc.

He is very knowledgeable and personable. Listens to all of your issues without feeling rushed. Goes over all your results with you and makes recommendations on your care. The office staff is very friendly and his assistants are very efficient in scheduling referrals and relaying info to Dr. Highly recommend Dr Burgos to everyone I know.

Waited a year for first appointment and really liked doctor. However, lab request for routine screening for yearly physical had incorrect codes and would have cost $445 when it should be $0. Office first stated Quest was not in network, which it is, then asked me to call insurance for the correct codes. Then stated the medicare website showed they were not covered. I spent a week going back and forth learning more about insurance codes than a patient should know. The Z codes given are for monitoring an existing condition, which I do not have and are almost always denied by insurance. I have seen two other doctors with the sae insurance and have never had this issue. I do not have confidence in the staff any longer and will have to find another provider

UHC says accepting all patients. Called and asked for new patient appt. person says what Dr. I say Dr. Burgos, they say he is not accepting new patients. Ok I say is anyone else in the office accepting new patients? They say, well no he is the only Dr. ???

We chose Dr. Burgos as our family doctor after our previous doctor retired. It was an unbelievably excellent choice!! He is far superior to our previous family doctor, and we cannot imagine any doctor being better. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He is very humble, acknowledging that doctors are the second leading cause of death in the U.S. He does not over prescribe medications. In summary, Dr. Burgos is the epitome, the gold standard for family doctors. In addition, his staff is unparalleled in their friendliness, quality and efficiency. Dr. Burgos is my primary physician and not only is he very knowledgeable but he is very thorough as well. He has always been personable each visit and a pleasure to have as my doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting a doctor that you can trust is making the right decisions with your health or a loved ones health.
