he is fantastic. He is attentive and sensible and he truly cares if you’re hurting and I never felt bad like I felt that some other places before doctors made me feel horrible but it’s like he knew this girl but she’s got pain and I’m gonna help her. I think God for him because now I can give my daughter more of my time be able to do things with her that I wasn’t able to do before, so yeah, he saved me

Dr. Becerra is kind and caring. I have been with this practice for over 6 yrs. Dr. Becerra has always put me at ease knowing just how nervous I was about injections. He's the best!!!

Worst experience with a doctor I’ve ever had. Uncaring, unsympathetic, and unknowledgeable. Office is old and dirty. Support staff is rude and short. Limited office hours and calls are not returned promptly. I waited at least 45 minutes every time I had an appointment with no payment compensation, but wants to charge patients $25 if your 10-15 minutes late even though you would have to wait anyway. This office relates against their patients when they have questions about treatment plan with additional “pill counts,” additional urine screens, and threats of unfilled prescriptions. The doctor could care less about what your feelings and pain are like. He was quick to bill my insurance for the four minutes he spent with me each visit. Whenever he becomes older and possibly in pain, I wish him better care than what he gave to me. The worst, absolutely.

The staff in Dr Becerra’s office are very nice and efficient. I can always get an appointment. Dr. Becerra never hurries my time with him. He is extremely knowledgeable about chronic pain relief. I get injections in my shoulder for constant chronic pain and I get good relief from them. I would highly recommend Dr. Becerra to anyone who has constant pain.

I've been a patient for a year now, everyone in office is extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Rivero is an amazing doctor and has helped me live as close to normal as possible with the pain I have.

I was a patient for many years. Dr Revero great guy! I was sely pay for a while and office manager told me 80 dollars covers office visit and labs! I started getting bill! Office manager said lab made a mistake not the first time but she will fix it! I would get a bill say something to front desk and office manager they will fix it! Almost 1,600 hundred dollars later and no longer a patient! Office manager tells me not to worry about the bill! That lab will not come after me or ruin my credit! She also gave me some guy from lab who they sign contract with! I call no answer left message! No call back! Call office manager tell her please call me 1,600 hundred dollar bill is a concern to me! I don't want to leave a review but if you continue not to call me back or fix this issue I will have to leave a review! Again Dr. Revero great guy! Always listen and talk to me! But billing issues go to front desk and office manager!

DIRTY office! No hand sanitizer and a communal pen!! Good luck getting a phone call returned from this angry mob of women. Gross all around

I have been treating with Dr Jorge for a few years. After 2 plus years of dealing with chronic pain issues, he was the first of many doctors who listened and actually took time to investigate. Between injections and proper meds I can almost live a normal life. Will never leave his practice!

Horrible doctor! Very Aggressive, no empathy, no compassion and provided no care plan at all. I would not recomend him to anyone. I've had documented chronic pain for over 10 years and multiple surgeries, I been under the care of a different doctor but I moved and he was the closest doctor so I gave him a try and it was the worst experience imagineable.

Very compassionate doctor. Easy to talk to. Office staff are caring and pleasant. Insurance issues felt organically.. Highly recommend to other pain.patients in need.

Listens to me about ALL of medical issues. Has worked with me to reduce the strength of medication previously given to me to find the right one. Dina is great, too!

Excellent doctor! Really cares!

Does not commcate with patients. My pain level has INCREASED over the past six months instead of decreasingly. My quality of life has DECREASED. This is NOT what I expected going to a pain clinic. What a waste of time.

The doctor is great. The office people suck. Never return phone calls. After leaving three messages they finally got back to me. She was completely rude and unprofessional. Sad such a good doctor has so unprofessional office staff.

I called at noon today, Thursday, as my doctor just referred me to pain medicine today. Left a message...never received call back :( The office is closed tomorrow. The website says they typically have same day appt. availability. Though I wasn't expecting an appt. today, since I called so early in the day I was expecting a return call. So, looks like I will be calling another doctor's office tomorrow. Sad as this office is so convenient to my home and work and same building as my PT.

Dr. Rivero is so compassionate and actually listens to you!! He makes you feel like you matter and you are not just an appointment. He has helped me with my pain tremendously and I couldn't be more grateful!!! I would recommend him to anyone that is suffering!

One of the most caring professional doctors and staff one could ever expect in today's medical field. Dr. Rivero I would definitely recommend for anyone needing pain management. My physician recommended him when he couldn't help anymore , and I am so glad he did. The office assistants were super nice. Dr. Rivero' s nurse was very professional and personable explaining the procedure perfectly. The injections were painless when I was thinking the opposite. 10 stars is more like it.
