I had the misfortune of coming into contact with Dr Raichman in 2014. I found him to be very dismissive as well as degrading with his comments in response to my answers to his questions. I’ll never make that mistake again.

My elderly father was recently in his care at the West Houston Hospital for possible Dementia and Dr. Raichman prescribed him Olanzapine which is not FDA approved. It is also not to be given to older adults with dementia. My father had a stroke in 2007 and another warning sign for this medication is that the patient has a higher risk of stroke. My father is diabetic and this medication raises blood sugar levels. The doctor over medicated my father on several different anti psychotic drugs.

Dr. Raichman is extremely kind, patient, empathetic and trustworthy, with integrity beyond reproach. He has worked with me for years for a successful treatment to my complicated disorder. At my request, Dr. Raichman has included my family in order to educate them, and to review signs and symptoms of my disorder only they can provide. He has saved my sanity and quality of life, enabling me in many positive life skills, never giving up on me when I have lost hope. He is a great, yet humble, man.
