Dr. Lockhart helped me immensely... After five failed bladder surgeries I searched and found Dr. Lockhart... He removed the mesh from my pelvic area and did a procedure that was made “old fashion” by the introduction of the bladder mesh... The mesh is not for everyone and Dr Lockhart recognized that in me... I am so grateful to Dr. Lockhart for giving me back my life... No more embarrassing wet pants while out shopping or having a good time... Thank you, Dr. Lockhart...

This Dr. is one of the worst Dr's I have ever met. He is very unprofessional and uncaring. He gave my family member very poor care. I would not recommend him nor would I recommend Moffitt Hospital. They are only interested in your money. Not in helping people to fight cancer.

While performing a simple procedure DR Lockhart managed to hit my sciatic nerve, still causing me pain almost a year later! On my follow up visit he started talking about testicular removal!! Oh yeah and after s week of pain I called his office to be told only then I had a kidney infection, perhaps we should get you some antibiotics!! Who does this? Dr Quackhart does!! Don't walk but run from this doc!!
