Amazing Doctor
Dr. Montes is one of the best doctors you could have take care of your health. He has great bedside manners, explains in detail what is the plan of care for the day and what to expect during your illness. Not only does he take the time to answer your questions but does it in a way you can feel he cares about his patients. Dr. Montes is very knowledgeable and has great compassion for his patients. Thank you Dr for such great care.

Pays attention to the little things
Always seems to enter with a smile. I know he is busy focusing on medical part of your stay but is also willing to be a helping hand. Sometimes the staff was to busy but he is willing to address any of your requests when he is in the room. He personally brought me juice on many occasions and even help change the bed sheets.

Humble and Thoughtful
I was hospitalized and had a decent stay, about 5 days, in hospital. He noted that I did have many visitors during my stay and asked if I wanted him to come later just to help me pass time. I know he was probably very busy but he still made time to come spend one and a half hours just taking about current events, my past experiences and what not. I was about to get to know him on a different level other than DOCTOR. Thank you

Honest
He was very upfront with me and my medical conditions in a non-judgmental way. He does not sugar coat your medical conditions. He told me what I could expect from my current treatment plan and that I needed to have a close relationship with my PCP if I wanted to improve.

Great Service
Took time to talk about my issues and concerns/barriers to treatment. Was able to coordinate care around these barriers and still provide needed treatments. Refreshing as others times when I needed care, my opinions were not taken into account.
